We cook a full range of meats using produce sourced for both the UK and around the world. All our products are available as joints or sliced in various sizes of controlled atmosphere packaging. |

| Marinated meats
We make a wide range of marinated meat products like chicken tikka and chilli beef. All made using our own recipe and for those looking for something a bit special we produce the full range using meat sourced from the North west of England. We make a full range of mayonnaise based sandwich fillings. These are available with UK sourced meat and Hellmans mayonnaise. |

| Retail Product and controlled atmosphere packs
As well as joints, all our products are available in retail packs of 100g to 200g. These products can be supplied bar coded with labelling designed for the retail market. |
